What is the dashboard and what information can I find there?

The dashboard is your central overview page with all important information at a glance

  • KPI cards: Number of widgets, uploaded materials, system status
  • Call statistics: Total calls, total minutes, total costs with live charts
  • Recent important calls: The 3 most recent long calls (> 2 minutes) with summaries
  • Quick links: Quick access to all main functions (profile, materials, audio, products, widgets, minutes, call summary, help)

The call charts show you:

• Cost history: Development of costs over time
• Call duration trend: Average call lengths
• Cost distribution: Weekly cost breakdown
• Call frequency: Number of calls and average costs per day

You can upload the following file types:

  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
  • Tables: XLS, XLSX, CSV
  • Presentations: PPT, PPTX
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF (for widgets)
  • Audio: MP3, WAV (for transcripts)

Here's how to create an audio recording:

  • Click on the large microphone icon
  • Allow microphone access in your browser
  • Speak your text
  • The recording will be automatically transcribed.

The Products section provides a clear overview and management of your active Jobotic subscriptions and services.

  • Complete list of your subscribed products with names and status
  • View subscription periods, renewals and upgrades
  • Quick access to product resources, downloads and support
  • Real-time status updates and expiration alerts

The Widgets section lets you view, manage, customize, and install all your chat, booking, lead, and other widgets from one place.
