The dashboard is your central overview page with all important information at a glance

  • Recent important calls: The 3 most recent long calls (> 2 minutes) with summaries
  • Quick links: Quick access to all main functions (profile, materials, audio, products, widgets, minutes, call summary, help)

The call charts show you:

• Cost history: Development of costs over time
• Call duration trend: Average call lengths
• Cost distribution: Weekly cost breakdown
• Call frequency: Number of calls and average costs per day

You can upload the following file types:

  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
  • Tables: XLS, XLSX, CSV
  • Presentations: PPT, PPTX
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF (for widgets)
  • Audio: MP3, WAV (for transcripts)

Here's how to create an audio recording:

  • Allow microphone access in your browser
